Fresh from the roaster
We roast in small batches in Leeds. Every bag we send is within 2 weeks of its roast date, and it's at its best for about 3 months after that.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the UK, to EU countries, and to a small list of other countries (including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan and Singapore). Checkout shows whether we can deliver to your address.
Delivery options and costs
UK orders go by Royal Mail.

When we send it
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. UK Standard usually arrives 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, and UK Express 1 to 2 working days. International orders usually take 5 to 10 working days. You'll get an email when your order is on its way.
Subscription bags are sent after each monthly payment.
Orders outside the UK
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by that country, aren't included in our prices, and are paid by the person receiving the parcel.
If something goes wrong
- Not arrived? If a UK order hasn't turned up within 5 working days of dispatch (15 for international orders), email hello@malawiancoffee.com. We'll check with the carrier and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund you.
- Arrived damaged? Send us a photo and we'll replace it.
- Wrong address? Email us as soon as possible. We can change it if the order hasn't left yet.
Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, especially around Christmas. We'll post our last order dates for Christmas on the site.
